The privacy of our customer's personal information is very important to us and it is our intent to provide a secure storage facility for their use. Gurooz P/L and its employees pledge the following with respect to your privacy:

1. We will not sell, or give away any names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact information about our customers, or prospective customers.

2. From time to time we receive requests for references from prospective customers. We will not provide references using our customers data.

3. We do not store credit card information on our Internet servers. Any credit card numbers that are sent via the Internet are encrypted and then removed from the servers.

4. All customer files stored on our servers are encrypted using an encryption key set by the customer. Gurooz employees can not decrypt, or otherwise read, or view these files at the exception of management staff.

5. We will not release any information about our customer's habits, file names, Client ID, or password except as stated in item 7 below.

6. Our Internet servers and backup media are located in a secure area. Only our server administrators have access to the server.

7. If requested by a court of law in Australia, we will provide only the required information.
